Vargo Tool & Die offers extensive CNC machining capabilities designed to meet a wide range of manufacturing demands. Our talented workforce ensures exceptional quality for every part, and we're equipped to handle projects of varying scales, from very large components to intricate, very small parts.

Our advanced setup includes 4th and 5th axis machining capabilities, enabling us to produce complex geometries with precision. Whether you need single-piece manufacturing or a larger run, our production department can handle volumes from 50 to 5,000 pieces.

Our comprehensive CNC department features 11 vertical CNC mills, including our advanced 5-axis YCM and Okuma 5-axis machines. Additionally, we operate an Okuma horizontal machining center and 4 CNC lathes, ensuring we can accommodate virtually any machining request.

 Our climate-controlled grinding department is your premier resource for high-precision internal, external, and surface grinding in Northeast Wisconsin. With our advanced equipment and high-speed attachments, we deliver exceptional accuracy and surface finishes.

Our grinding capabilities include:

• Two OD (Outer Diameter) Grinders: 
  • A 2" x 8" capacity grinder capable of holding tolerances as tight as +/- .00005".
  • A 12" diameter x 36" capacity grinder holding tolerances of +/- .0002".
• Two ID (Inner Diameter) Grinders: Both capable of holding tolerances of +/- .0002".
• Two 6" x 18" Surface Grinders: All surface grinders are designed to hold tolerances of +/- .0002".

We also offer wet grinding for specific applications, ensuring optimal results and material integrity.
